My name is Nina and I am a passionate yoga teacher - YOGABODY® certified International Yoga Instructor and Breath Coach - and a lover of healthy, balanced life. I am also a passionate yoga student as there is always new interesting things to learn in yoga and life and to deepen the already known.

I worked years in corporate world in marketing&sales and was basically married to my laptop and cellphone. After 25 years I realised that office work was not meant for me, as all that sitting and staying still caused great deal of tensions to body and almost chronic neck problems. Therefore I decided that I want to try get my living with something I really love – wellbeing and people service.

​

The taught to take a leap to unknown and start yoga teacher studies totally took me over. I got out of my comfort zone, realised my dream to start yoga teacher studies and make it my profession. This has been one of the best decisions in my life. I am thrilled to see how yoga is reachable for everybody nowadays. In yoga exercise we combine the breath and movement which makes it impossible to worry about other things. While practising you give a break to your mind and take care of your body and mind.

In my classes I focus on stress and tension relief building up strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga is an excellent exercise by itself but also as an additional exercise for various sports. I welcome warmly students of all levels from beginners to actively practicing. Yoga exercise happens always at your own mat. There is no need to be scared as there is always right level for everyone.

A holistic wellbeing is an experience that I love to share in my classes. Please join me to enjoy and challenge yourself and discover wellbeing with me.

I am a YOGABODY® certified International Yoga Instructor and Breath Coach. I teach group classes in yoga studios and gyms. I give private one2one and small group classes. Classes for companies and sports clubs are also possible. All yoga classes can also be held online. I teach in Finnish and/or in English.
